Color Crush

We do not collect any data

Color Crush collects no personal information. There is no sign-up, no account, no login, and no way to enter an email address, phone number, or location. We do not know who you are.

Specifically, the app contains:

• No advertising and no advertising SDKs
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
• No third-party trackers of any kind
• No in-app purchases
• No social features, chat, or user-generated content shared with anyone
• No camera, microphone, contacts, photo, or location access

The app has no internet access

Color Crush does not request the Android INTERNET permission. It is technically incapable of sending information anywhere. The colour palette, the mixing engine and the colour-name dictionary are all built into the app, so it works fully offline and in airplane mode.

Two links that open other apps

The menu contains a link to our website and our support email address. Tapping either hands the address to your browser or email app and the rest happens there, under that app’s own privacy policy — Color Crush itself sends nothing and receives nothing back. If you choose to email us, we will of course see the message you write; see the website privacy policy for how we handle that.

What is stored on your device

The app saves one thing locally, so your palette survives a restart. It stays on the device, is never transmitted, and is readable only by the app:

• Colours you have saved: the name you gave each one and its colour value

Nothing else persists — the mix you are working on is cleared when the app closes. A colour name is whatever is typed on the device, and a name is always suggested for you, so nothing requires entering personal information.

Deleting this information: tap the delete button beside any saved colour to remove it, or uninstall the app to remove everything.

Children’s privacy

Color Crush is suitable for children and is used by them. Because the app collects and transmits no data at all, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It is designed to comply with COPPA and the GDPR, including GDPR-K.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “last updated” date. Because the app collects no data, we do not expect material changes.
