The story
TheWidePoint started with a problem we had ourselves — we were building finance apps and realized there was no good resource that combined real app development knowledge with real financial insight. Most tech content ignores finance. Most finance content ignores tech.
We decided to fix that. We built SpendTracker first — a personal expense tracker we actually use every day. Then WealthLens to see the bigger financial picture. Each app taught us something. We wrote it all down.
Today we're expanding into Productivity and Knowledge — areas where the same gap exists. Great problems, average software. We're also working with others who want to build in these spaces. If you have an idea and want a team that understands the domain, that's where we come in.
