Rainbow Tumble

Coming to Play Store

Shapes tumble down. Tap the bucket they belong in.

Android · Free · No ads

A free, ad-free sorting game for kids, with two modes so it grows with a child instead of being outgrown in a week. A three-year-old can play it without being told how.

Four chunky buckets sit along the bottom, each a quarter of the screen — sized for small fingers, single taps only, no dragging and no precision required.

Two games in one

Gentle

Ages 3–6
  • Sort by shape, forever
  • No hearts, no score to lose
  • A miss sends the same shape down again
  • Literally no way to fail

Challenge

Ages 7+
  • Hearts and a combo streak
  • Worlds that transform the sorting rule
  • Losing costs one level, never more
  • Still no timers, ever

Challenge mode worlds

Shape CityLv 1–4Sort by shape
Speed StormLv 5–9Same rule, now with wind
Rainbow RushLv 10–14Buckets become colour pots
Flip ZoneLv 15+Rule flips every 4 catches

The order is a curriculum: one new idea at a time, and the rule only ever changes forwards — so nothing a child has already learned is ever taken away from them.

Built to be kind

No internet permission

Not 'we promise not to' — the app does not request the INTERNET permission, so it is technically incapable of sending anything anywhere. Works in airplane mode.

No ads, no purchases, no tracking

No advertising SDKs, no analytics, no crash reporters, no third-party code of any kind. Nothing to buy and nothing to unlock.

No 'GAME OVER'

A finished run says 'Good run!'. Losing costs one level at most and never drops below a level already reached, so a bad run can't spiral.

No reading required

The whole game is played through shape, colour, motion and sound. The only text field is an optional nickname, already filled in.

Free forever

Rainbow Tumble is coming to the Play Store. No ads, no purchases, nothing to sign up for — then or ever.
